So I’ve been really enjoying the smoothie life lately. There are so many yummy recipes on Pinterest and blogs all over the web. Not to mention, it’s really quite easy to make up your own recipe by just tossing a few simple ingredients into the blender. And yes, that’s pretty much how I came up with last night’s recipe. Now, I have to make a confession, I am by no means a smoothie expert, and I have had a couple of fails, but this one was perfect and I absolutely could not resist sharing this one in today’s post. Oh, and did I mention that it’s super, and I mean SUPER, healthy?
Raspberries, banana slices, and alot of orange juice is what’s being served sunny side up today. And we are talking a whole lot of vitamin C in one place, plus plenty of other great vitamins and minerals needed in our daily diets. This drink it great for anyone looking to eat healthy, natural, and wholesome foods. There are absolutely no added sugars, flavors, or colors in this beverage. Only the awesomeness that can be found in true 100% real food. So enough of my ramblings, here’s the super simple, super delicious, and super nutritional recipe that you’ve been wanting to see.

- 3 cups orange juice, preferably fresh squeezed
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 large banana
